Extensive experience representing both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.

Trademark infringement, defamation, theft of trade secrets, and other related claims.


Preference Claims

Prosecution and defense of bankruptcy and state law preference claims (Mr. Blakeley has defended more than $100,000,000 in claims).


Fraudulent Conveyances

Recovery of fraudulent conveyances, in both state and bankruptcy courts, and bankruptcy adversary claims including denial of discharge and dischargeability of claims (through summary judgment or trial).


Enforcement of Construction Lien Rights

From preliminary notices, mechanic’s liens and actions to enforce lien rights (Mr. Blakeley has prepared hundreds of lien documents for clients under NACM’s MLBS lien services).


Partnership Agreements, Company Formation and Disputes

We assess the structure of your operation, such as its physical or digital space, the types of products you sell, who your consumers are, and what type of company you should be (LLC, Inc, etc.). We work with clients who seek to purchase, sell or dissolve out of court or through bankruptcy.
