Mr. Blakeley was the lead commercial litigation and collection and attorney for Google across the U.S. in state, U.S. Bankruptcy and District Court cases, and Western Union in California for many years where he built a law firm with offices in California, Delaware and New York.

Mr. Blakeley has won a number of appeals before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit, in the District Courts in California, Delaware, Illinois and Washington.  He routinely handles cases across the nation, including matters in the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.  His work also transcends international boarders with representation of clients in trans-national litigation ranging from Canada to Mexico.
