Blakeley Law Group was founded by Brad Blakeley, a seasoned lawyer seeking a more cost-effective way to serve his individual and corporate clients in areas of creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Nationwide CoverageMr. Blakeley has won a number of appeals before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit, California Court of Appeal, and in the District Courts in California, Delaware and Washington.  He routinely handles cases across the nation, including cases filed in the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.  His work also transcends international borders with representation of clients in trans-national litigation ranging from Canada to Mexico.

  • Commercial collection cases (amounts from $10k – $5m) from the demand stage through prejudgment remedies (writs of attachment and possession), summary judgment, trial to post-judgment enforcement (Mr. Blakeley is Board Certified – Creditors’ Rights Law – American Board of Certification).

  • Defense of bankruptcy and state law preference claims (Mr. Blakeley has defended more than $100,000,000 in claims).

  • Enforcement of construction lien rights – from preliminary notices, mechanic’s liens and actions to enforce lien rights (Mr. Blakeley has prepared hundreds of lien documents for clients under NACM’s MLBS lien services).

  • Collection matters, including successor liability, domestication of judgments and judgment enforcements.

  • Recovery of fraudulent conveyances, in both state and bankruptcy courts.
